The purpose of the Task Forces is to address specific strategic areas identified by the Board. Each Task Force is responsible for evaluating key issues, developing targeted recommendations, and implementing strategies within their focus area. They work collaboratively to assess current practices, gather input from relevant stakeholders, and propose actionable solutions. The Task Forces will set priorities, establish goals, and create schedules for their initiatives in consultation with the Superintendent, ensuring alignment with the Board’s broader objectives and strategic plans.
