Board Elections

Pursuant to and in accordance with the Bylaws, four Elected Trustees shall be elected by the Association at the Election Meeting, which is typically the third quarterly Association meeting each year.  A Board Nominating Committee constituted and acting in accordance with the Bylaws shall prepare nominations for election as Trustees. All nominees must meet the “Eligibility Requirements” set forth in the Bylaws. 

Pursuant to and in accordance with the Bylaws, each year, the remaining Elected Trustees and the Incoming Elected Trustees, in consultation with the “Outgoing Elected Trustees”, will select three additional Trustees will select three additional Trustees (known as “Selected Trustees”) pursuant to a reasonable procedure determined by the Board.
