Board Meetings

A proposed schedule for regular meetings of the Board shall be adopted at the annual organizational meeting of the Board in May and disclosed to the Association. Special meetings of the Board may be called in accordance with the Bylaws.

The date of regular or special meetings of the Board may be changed if agreed upon by a majority of the Trustees and subject to notice requirements contained in the Bylaws and Board Policy 2.5.
